How do I choose the right payload?
Include the product, gripper, and any other end-of-arm equipment in the load calculation. Share the load’s dimensions and centre of gravity as well as its weight. Reach and motion requirements also affect selection.
What determines the palletizing speed?
Cycle time depends on the robot model, payload, travel distance, pick-up arrangement, gripper, and pallet pattern. A robot’s rated joint speed is not a guaranteed production throughput. Provide your target cases or bags per minute for an application review.
Can a collaborative workstation run without guarding?
This depends on a risk assessment of the complete application, including the robot, end effector, product, and operating conditions. The term “collaborative” alone does not mean the cell can operate without protective measures.
What should I include in an international inquiry?
Send the destination country, product dimensions and weight, required throughput, pallet dimensions and height, available floor space, and site power supply. We will confirm the quotation scope, destination-market documentation, delivery terms, installation support, and warranty in writing.
