2. Information and purposes
Website visits
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, time and security events to deliver, protect and troubleshoot this website. We use these operations for our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning business website.
Project enquiries
The form collects your name, work email, country or region and project description. Company, robot choice and product weight are optional. We use this information to answer your questions, evaluate your application, prepare a quotation and continue the requested business discussion. Do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.
Where you personally are the prospective contracting party, this processing supports steps you request before a contract. For business contacts acting for an organisation, it supports our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
When you submit the form, the website sends its fields through our Vercel service to our Zoho Mail inbox. A success message appears only after the email service accepts the message. This confirms receipt by the mail service, not that a person has read it. If delivery is unavailable, the website explains this and offers email and WhatsApp alternatives. No attachments are collected and we do not maintain a separate website enquiry database.
Email and WhatsApp drafts
Preparing or downloading a draft happens in your browser. Form details are not saved in browser storage. Opening an email draft passes the prepared text to your email application; you choose whether to send it. Opening a WhatsApp draft includes its text in the link to WhatsApp, so WhatsApp receives the text when the link opens, before you choose whether to send the message. A direct WhatsApp link contains no form fields. These external services have their own privacy terms.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
No Google Analytics or Google Ads identifiers are configured at this launch. Optional Google tracking is therefore disabled. We do not load external fonts, maps, social widgets or video embeds. Basic site use and contacting us do not require optional tracking.
If optional Google measurement is activated later, the site will first ask for separate analytics and advertising-measurement choices. The Google tag is blocked until the relevant choice is accepted. Rejecting optional tracking keeps it off; no remarketing or personalised advertising is enabled. You can reopen at any time to change or withdraw choices. We will update this notice when services change.
If measurement choices are enabled, the site stores only the selected categories, policy version and expiry in cdpallet-consent-v2 on this browser for up to 180 days. Inquiry fields are not included. Necessary security and hosting operations remain active. Clearing site storage also clears your choices. We do not sell personal information or make automated decisions about people.
4. Recipients, retention and international processing
Enquiries are available to the company personnel handling your request, our website host Vercel and email provider Zoho. WhatsApp receives information when you choose to use its service. Our company is in China and our team handles enquiries there. Hosting, email and messaging providers may process information in other countries under their respective processing arrangements. Do not assume your information is stored only in your own country.
Form values remain in the current page until cleared or the page is closed, subject to browser restoration settings. A downloaded draft remains on your device until you delete it. Enquiry correspondence is kept while the requested project discussion is active and, if an order follows, for the resulting contract, support, accounting and legal obligations. For enquiries that do not become an order, retention is assessed against the open quotation, outstanding follow-up, last meaningful contact and any actual dispute or legal requirement; data no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of a specific enquiry.
Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s service and security retention arrangements. The site avoids writing form contents to application logs. Any diagnostic review should use the enquiry reference instead of the full message. Retention of provider security logs is separate from your on-device privacy choice.

5. Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can browse without completing the form. Required fields help us reply and understand the proposed project; alternatively contact us directly. Privacy controls on this site do not delete messages already sent through email or WhatsApp.
